On February 15, 2025, I embarked on a new (but smaller) adventure inspired by breads and the 12th tarot card called "The Hanged Man": The Bread Challenge (The 12 Bread Challenge or The Hanged Man Challenge.)

The Hanged Man card encapsulates the necessary patience, surrender, and shifting perspective needed for successful bread making. It highlights the act of waiting, trusting the process, and allowing the necessary transformation to occur, leading to a final product that is more than the sum of its parts. It's a reminder to embrace the quiet periods, to observe, and to trust that what seems like inaction is actually a crucial part of the process.

In an attempt to replicate this idea, "The Bread Challenge" is to bake 12 diverse international breads.
