Gather the ingredients. Chop the 1 dill pickle, 1 Tbsp. fresh dill and 1 Tbsp. capers. If you have a food processor, you can significantly streamline the process, allowing you to efficiently chop and mix ingredients in a single step, saving you time and effort.
In a mixing bowl, combine the 120 g mayonnaise, 1 dill pickle, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, 1 Tbsp. capers, 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard and stir until well blended and creamy.
Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Taste then adjust with additional lemon juice, salt, and pepper. For the best flavor, cover and store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
