The Dry
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 10 g sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
The Wet
- 450 ml whole milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions
The Mix
- In a mixing bowl, combine the 250 g all-purpose flour, 10 g baking powder, 10 g sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the 450 ml whole milk, 2 eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla extract until well blended.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing; a few lumps are okay.
The Cooking
- Heat a bit of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour approximately 80 ml (1/3 cup) of batter for each crêpe into the skillet.
- Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the edges appear set and the bottom is lightly golden. Carefully flip the crêpe and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- Repeat this process with the remaining batter, adding more oil to the skillet as needed.
