Instructions
The Trout
- Preheat your oven to 350°F with a rack positioned in the middle. Place the 600 g trout fillet (with skin) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lather the fillet with 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp. Maggi Season-Up! Seasoning evenly over the fillet to avoid spots of excess seasoning. Place the trout in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
The Salad

- Clean the 200 g fresh red leaf lettuce and cut it into 1-2 inches pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce with the prepared vegetables and fruits.
The Salad
- The trout fillet should be done by now. Remove from oven.
- Right before serving, add 1/2 cup croutons and drizzle with 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing. Mix gently to combine.
